Refund Policy

At notpatstudio, every product is made to order through our trusted production partner, Gelato. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect product choice. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@notpatstudio.co.uk

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging

  • Once confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Order Issues

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

  • Incorrect size, design, or product selected during checkout

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs

Cancellations

  • Orders are sent to production automatically after they are placed.

  • Because of this, cancellations may not always be possible once your order has been confirmed.

Lost Packages

  • If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment (or 60 days for some international destinations), please contact us. We will investigate and, where possible, arrange a replacement.
